Banks Exotics — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Banks Elite LLC ("Banks Elite," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Banks Exotics brand and the Banks Exotics content application (the "App"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the App. The App is a first-party tool used by Banks Elite to publish and manage Banks Exotics' own promotional video content on connected social media accounts, including TikTok. By connecting an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Banks Elite LLC operates Banks Exotics, an exotic and luxury vehicle rental brand. Website: banksexotics.online. Contact: bankselitellc@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When an authorized Banks Elite operator connects a TikTok account to the App through TikTok's Login Kit, we access only the following, and only with the account holder's explicit authorization:
- Basic profile information (TikTok scope
user.info.basic): the account's open ID, display name, and avatar. We use this solely to confirm which account is connected and to display it within the App. - Content publishing access (TikTok scope
video.upload): permission to upload Banks Exotics video content to the connected account as drafts for review and posting. We do not read, download, or collect existing content, followers, messages, or analytics beyond what is required to confirm a successful upload.
We do not collect information from members of the public who merely view Banks Exotics content on TikTok.
3. How we use information
We use the information above exclusively to:
- Authenticate and maintain the connection to the authorized account;
- Upload Banks Exotics promotional videos to that account as drafts; and
- Confirm the status of uploads.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our own content.
4. Access tokens and storage
Authorization is managed through secure OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok. These tokens are stored in a restricted, access-controlled environment and are used only to perform the actions described above. Tokens are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or share personal information. We may disclose information only where required by law, to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Interactions with TikTok are governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain authorization tokens only for as long as the account remains connected to the App. You may revoke the App's access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & permissions → Manage app permissions), which immediately invalidates our tokens. To request deletion of any information we hold, email bankselitellc@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted file permissions and encrypted transport, to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children's privacy
The App is an internal business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
